1. onboard 12-port hub75 (support 32 scaning)

Rv908 add the following functionality:
1. onboard the 12 16 pin hub75 o interface, no extra hub needed
2. support 12-bit hdmi input colors (9th generation sending card required)
3. using18-bit signal processor, maximum support 18 bits (260,000) gray (each of red, green and blue)
4. single maximum card supports 1024x256 pixels, and 1024 degrees of single pixel chromaticity correction
5. supports single card color space conversion
6. support configuration file readback
7. support program replication
8. supports hot backup with dual receiver cards for demanding performances screen
9. supports pixel failure detection (requires dedicated chip support)
10. support network cable ber test
11. Support flat cable failure detection
12. Support cabinet door monitoring (open / close)
13. Two fan speed monitoring lines
14. Three voltage monitoring lines: one for the system, two for the cabinet power
15. Temperature monitoring
